We've all had wanderlust, craved adventure, and yearned for a change of pace. Traveling can be liberating, however, packing and picking which clothes to bring....not so much. Whether you're going on a business trip or merely pursuing fun, pack a few neutral, adaptable pieces and accessories. You may be pleasantly surprised by the plethora of versatile options that can arise.
In order to portray this, we put together some outfits by mixing and matching a few key pieces for an imaginary, long weekend trip (Friday-Monday). We also included images of some cute hairdos that'd be appropriate for each day.

Friday
-

A nice side braid keeps your hair out of your face during travels.

On the left, we have an outfit for traveling that is just as comfortable as it is cute. Headbands are the best accessory for time spent in the car or plane when all you want is a low maintenance hairdo. On the right, we have an evening ensemble with the same top, a comfy cardigan, and a scarf for cooler temperatures. Add booties and a jersey skirt for a complete evening look.

Saturday
-

This headband tuck hairdo is the best for activities during the day.
-

Take your hair down at night and enjoy the natural looking curls that formed.

For Saturday day-time activities, we have a floral blouse and denim jeans, perfectly suited for walking around. Saturday evening we've dressed it up with a sleek blazer and pointed flats. Black will always be slimming and chic.
-
Sunday
-

A ponytail is classic, easy, and can look dressy with a headband and curls.
-

-
Sunday funday will be a lightweight, flowy blouse, colorful scarf, and oxfords for comfort. We planned to stay warm and casual Sunday night by swapping the skirt with jeans and adding the vest with a collar to keep the neck warm.

Monday is travel day!
If you're flying, take a snooze in an outfit like this while simultaneously achieving an adorable look. With a headband, you can lazily throw your hair up after a tiring trip to who knows where.
-
For this trip we put together 7 completely different outfits, while only using 3 tops and 4 bottoms, and we could have potentially created many more! Next time you're packing up that suitcase, remember that a few interchangeable pieces can go a long way, and accessories are a huge contributing factor to managing versatile looks.

Cheers to safe and liberating travels!!
